The EMP is quick and easy to complete (approximately 10-15 minutes), and we feel confident that you will find the results to be interesting and informative.
The EMP Feedback Report, while comprehensive, is very user-friendly. It is likely that most questions you may have will be addressed in the EMP Development Guide.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us though, if you need more information or would like to get certified to use the instrument with other individuals or groups. Individuals who decide to get certified at a later date will receive a free EMP-Individual license (assessment) so they may administer the EMP to a client or student upon finalizing certification.
After you complete the EMP, you will receive your individual feedback report, the EMP Development Guide and a link to a 15-minute video that will help you interpret your results.
If you are a college or university student assigned to purchase and take the EMP by a faculty member who is an EMP Practitioner, DO NOT purchase from this website. Please contact your professor for the unique URL specific to their class. Refunds will not be issued.
