Exploring the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP)

This webinar will introduce you to an exciting assessment tool called the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP). Developed by the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College (a network associate of the Center for Creative Leadership®), the EMP helps individuals and groups assess the degree to which they are utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset.

This simple, yet powerful tool is ideal for use in:

  • Coaching and consulting practices
  • College and university entrepreneurship courses or programs
  • Leadership development programs in large and small organizations
  • Startup incubators or grant-funded small business support programs
  • Entrepreneurial networks and associations

During the session, you will:

  • Understand the value of entrepreneurial mindset for leaders and teams charged with driving growth and innovation within their organizations
  • Learn about the 14 characteristics and skills associated with entrepreneurial mindset and why those qualities are helpful for university students, corporate leaders as well as for entrepreneurs
  • Review a sample EMP Feedback Report and learn how it can be used to leverage entrepreneurial strengths and target areas for development
  • Experience the benefits of the EMP Development Guide
  • Determine how you can use the EMP with clients and students in a variety of contexts
  • Gain access to one FREE EMP individual assessment

Here’s what Certified Practitioners say about the EMP:

  • “The EMP is a user-friendly, well-researched, and pragmatic assessment that provides tremendous value to my consulting and coaching clients. It delivers actionable insights to both entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, the new breed of people with this entrepreneurial mindset that HR and senior leaders are trying to identify and cultivate to grow their businesses. My clients have found the EMP very useful, and I highly recommend it. It is also very reasonably priced for an assessment and report of such quality.”

– Manuelle Charbonneau, Ph.D.
Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer

  • “Rolling out the EMP at the University of Tampa has been an exciting way to get students focused on their entrepreneurial mindset and skills. We’ve been impressed by how much students are learning about themselves through the individual assessment, and we plan to use the composite EMP data to develop programmatic enhancements.”
