The purpose of the Round Table is to exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn new ways of using the EMP with colleagues and clients. The diversity of attendees should be excellent for promoting peer learning, and, as always, you will be able to participate in both large group activities and small group conversations.
We also will bring you up-to-date on the latest developments with the instrument and facilitate some working sessions where you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills with interpretation and applications.
On the day before the Round Table (Thursday, January 12), we are conducting a public certification program. Any of your colleagues who might want to get certified on that day would automatically be invited to the Round Table, so please spread the word.

Special Feature
We want to bring your attention to two other events that same week! First, on the day before the Round Table (Thursday, January 12), we are conducting a public EMP certification program. Any of your colleagues who might want to get certified on that day would automatically be invited to the Roundtable, so please spread the word.
Secondly, we also are having a certification workshop on the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP)® on Wednesday, January 11. As an attendee of the Round Table, not only would you receive a discounted registration to this program, but you also could expand the range of your services by adding another great assessment tool. We encourage you to come earlier or extend your stay through the weekend to enjoy the nice weather and take advantage of these dual-programming events.
